East/West canal running from the boat ramp area.

Levee between the canal and the Stick Marsh is just under water.

Lots of submerged brush and stumps along both sloping sides of the canal.

You will find a large reed stand growing in the canal at this point.

The canal is plugged and CANNOT be navigated from here back to the ramp. You must return to the Stick Marsh water outside the canal.

WARNING: You can run in this canal from here to the west , except the last 150 yards of the west end. But, stay directly in the center.
